Job Summary
The Process Engineer will be based in Buffalo Grove, IL reporting to the Process Engineering Manager. The Process Engineer plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing systems per project requirements.
Responsibilities:
Define and implement manufacturing systems appropriate for customer applications.Support manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, Yield, Scrap and Downtime.Establish and improve robust, repeatable, and reproducible process parameters.Capability to independently or together with other engineering stakeholders identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.Advanced troubleshooting of complex mechanical issues with high-speed automated manufacturing equipment.Provide equipment maintenance and repair support as required.Understanding the manufacturing ...
