            Job Description

Define and optimize manufacturing process chains for stator production.
Develop and validate manufacturing processes to ensure quality, cost and productivity targets.
Support product development with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) concepts.
Evaluate new technologies, materials and manufacturing methods.
Establish manufacturing standards and process building sets.
Support ramp-up and series production issue resolution.
Collaborate with global engineering and industrialization teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
5–10 years of experience in stator manufacturing, motor production or industrialization.
Strong understanding of stator assembly, winding and insulation processes.
Experience in process development and production launch.
