**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Monitor and operate cement manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient production
+ Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance on plant systems
+ Support material handling processes, including conveying, blending, and storage
+ Maintain accurate records of production data and report operational issues promptly
+ Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of continuous safety improvement
