The role:
As our new Process Analyst, you will map business processes & customer journeys and use these to drive process and system improvements across the business in alignment with the wider organisational improvement strategy. This role also involves information gathering, data analysis and the creation of clear and accurate business process maps to identify opportunities for improvement and support change delivery initiatives.
