Specific contribution expected from the role:

Dashboard UX & Data Visualization: Design intuitive, visually compelling BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) using strong principles of layout, color, visual hierarchy, chart selection, and analytics storytelling.

User-Centered Design & Prototyping: Translate user needs, business KPIs, and workflows into clear design requirements; create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Design Systems & Collaboration: Build reusable UI components and BI design standards; collaborate with BAs, developers, and product owners, applying responsive design and usability feedback for iterative improvement.
