Description

Pro-Sell Support Representative responsible for conducting quarterly in-person visits to designated accounts to sell in Lakeshore Beverage products, promote the e-commerce/BEE’S platform, and coordinating point-of-sale (POS) placements. The role focuses on driving sales, supporting retail accounts, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Role and Responsibilities

+ Maintain required in-person retail call frequency and accurately document all required account information in Mobility 360 sales software in alignment with Lakeshore Beverage standards.

+ Partner with the Pro-Sell Team Lead to support additional in-person account needs, including POS delivery and BEES/e-commerce platform training.

+ Respond to, investigate, and resolve retailer inquiries or issues, escalating to appropriate team members when needed.
