**About the team:**

The [pro] Academy Lead is responsible for leading training activities across all Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket channels (OE, OES, IAM) in North America. This role ensures the development and coordination of high-impact training content and delivery formats that align with both customer needs and business goals. The lead supports a growing network of trainers and oversees all aspects of content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.

The position can sit onsite at our North Charleston, SC, Vernon Hills, IL and Auburn Hills MI locations. The position will be visiting the ZF locations on a hybrid basis.
