Hearing screening post-birth is the gold standard of care across the United States, as initial treatment of hearing loss can prevent future speech and language challenges. As a Newborn Hearing Screener, you will autonomously offer all newborns and infants this essential task before they leave Fairview Hospital. In this role, you can make a difference in the lives of both babies and their families, offering parents peace of mind and expert guidance.

**This is a PRN role. A caregiver in this position works about 20 hours per week on a variable/flexible schedule and with shorter shifts.**
