PAM Rehabilitation Hospital of Clear Lake provides physical rehabilitation services. Key pharmacy services include operations, Joint Commission accreditation, clinical consultation, sterile compounding and antimicrobial stewardship. Pharmacy hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. This position will contribute to covering open hours, PTO and On Call as needed.
