            Position Summary Leads the design, execution, and scaling of private reimbursement ecosystems across Private Health Insurance (PHI) and employer segments in the Gulf. 
Owns the full private payer and employer access agenda for CMH and Obesity therapies. 
Operates with senior-level ownership, transforming strategy into scalable, high-impact market solutions. 
Key Responsibilities Own and lead private payer and employer reimbursement strategy across Gulf markets 
Shape reimbursement frameworks influencing insurer and employer behavior 
Lead financial modeling and value proposition development 
Engage insurers, TPAs, brokers, and large employers at senior level 
Drive employer ecosystem programs and scale across markets 
Lead end-to-end program execution from design to scale 
Ensure governance, tracking and strong follow-through
