Overview We have partnered with a leading Fixed Income Manager based in Cape Town that is currently looking for a Private Equity Analyst to join their team of high performing professionals.
The Private Equity Analyst will be responsible for deal origination, deal analysis and the assessment of investment opportunities. You will also be responsible for negotiating, structuring, concluding and managing private equity transactions.
Responsibilities
Generating investment thesis/ideas emanating from market developments, sector information and/or company developments.
Participating in negotiations of new investments with support of experienced team members on behalf of the company.
Preparing and presenting investment reports on new and existing portfolio investments for submission to the Investment Committee.
Providing financial evaluation of projects in investment opportunities.
Reviewing and negotiating transaction legal documents.
