PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE - NQ-5 - SUNDERLAND

Are you a motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for Private Client work? This role offers a unique chance to develop and expand an existing business area, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and achieving professional growth.

You will be handling a caseload of Private Client matters, undertaking all aspects of Private Client work including Will drafting, Court of Protection work, Lasting Powers of Attorney, obtaining Grants of Representation and administering estates.

Experience of trust creation and trust administration would be a welcome addition but is not essential.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified (or soon to be qualified) Solicitor/Legal Executive, with experience in Private Client Law. You will have experience in will drafting, Court of Protection work, Lasting Powers of Attorney, obtaining Grants of Representation, and administering estates.
