Our brand new client, with offices based in central Liverpool, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.

Responsibilities

• A varied caseload of private client matters, including wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, trust creation and administration, lasting powers of attorney, and court of protection matters.
• Provide clear, tailored, and empathetic legal advice to a broad range of clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client care.
• Contribute to business development activities, including networking and marketing initiatives.
• Keep up to date with developments in legislation and best practice to ensure compliance and excellent service delivery.
