Private Client Solicitor, 4+ PQE – Essex – An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to take the lead role in driving the private client department forward within this established friendly practice.

Location: Essex

Salary: Circa £45k (DOE)

THE ROLE

As a key member of the team you will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:

• Will drafting and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• General private client advisory work

You will also contribute to the continued growth and development of the department, helping to shape its future direction and success.

THE CANDIDATE
