Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is seeking a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Librarian. The selected candidate will work with Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software, Xpedition and Altium, to create and maintain component library database schematic symbols and component land patterns per IPC and SDL’s standards. This position will require full-time presence onsite at our headquarters in North Logan, UT.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manages Component Part Library which may include multiple libraries

+ Creates custom parts from engineering drawings

+ Processes Electronic Entity Request (EERA) including interpreting electrical/ mechanical drawings to create parts, both common and complex, to SDL standards

+ Assures symbols and footprints comply with IPC and space grade PCB design and fabrication standards

+ Assists with assembly drawings
