Responsible for OSAT (Bumping, DPS, Assembly, and Final Test) quality performance to ensure meeting Qorvo out-going products quality requirement, protect Qorvo customer and revenue from quality risk
Ensure Best-in-class quality performance from key suppliers and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
Develop strategies and drive continuous improvement to mitigate risks and meet customer expectations. Specific responsibilities include:
Change Control: Manage and approve supplier and OSAT changes, ensuring minimal impact on production and quality. Review supplier’s change management processes and lead supplier continuous improvement programs.
Quality Scorecard: Develop and track supplier and OSAT scorecards, driving quality performance improvements. Manage and drive supplier quality performance to meet or exceed KPI goals.
