As the Principal, Sales & Customer Intelligence, you'll own the architecture and operating rhythm of that capability — unifying signal sources, building the AI-powered synthesis layer, and closing the loop between what customers and sellers tell us and what the business actually does about it. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who brings strategic thinking, operational follow-through, and a builder's instinct for turning raw signal into decisions.
