Purpose General stewardship of design projects ensuring compliance with contract code and legislation on all technical matters specific to HSE and Process Safety.
Responsibilities - Project management: production of project deliverables on time and to budget; preparation of proposals, man‑hour estimates, and execution methodology.
- Identify HSE requirements for projects, plan and implement associated activities; assist the Lead Engineer with project management duties throughout the project duration.
- Preparation of Project HSE Plan, Project HSE Loss Prevention policies, and philosophy documents. Scope, coordinate, and follow up HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, PHSER, and 3‑D model reviews across all disciplines to ensure HSE compliance and hazard identification.
