Principal Program Manager

Job Description

The High Performance Compute (HPC) team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to work as part of the Program Management Office. The HPC PMO has oversight of the NPI development process, IP process and 3rd party management process and additionally partners with stakeholders to drive change initiatives and continuous improvement across HPC and in the wider Renesas organization. Additionally, the team forms a consolidated view of execution across HPC acting as a central conduit for escalation and resolution of cross portfolio issues.

This role will have a broad and varied remit; key areas will be focused on activities directly supporting the HPC SVP and HPC Chief of Staff. This will include driving continuous improvement initiatives, change management within the organization, dealing with critical escalation topics, driving business process and supporting senior stakeholders in decision making.
