The Voice of Community (VoComm) team part of Community Operations enables the community to have an ”empty chair“ in the room as a reminder that we start from them and work backwards. We earn the trust of the community by amplifying their voice, transforming it into actionable insights, and building products that empower Amazonians to innovate on behalf of the customer.
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager who is excited about making a difference in our communities. In this role, you will be the strategic driver behind how we listen to, understand, and act on community insights across our product portfolio. You will champion a Community as Customer mindset throughout the organization while building products and frameworks that amplify the voice of our community in every product decision we make. You will develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives but will also be willing to roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
