Key Responsibilities

• Academic Leadership: Develop and implement curriculum standards, establish class schedules, and evaluate teaching methods to meet learning objectives.
• Staff Management: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teachers and non-teaching personnel, while organizing professional development workshops.
• Student Welfare & Discipline: Enforce school policies, ensure student discipline, and handle behavioral issues or counseling needs
• Operations & Budgeting: Manage the school’s financial budget, oversee facility maintenance, and ensure all health and safety regulations are met.
• Community Relations: Act as the primary liaison between the school, parents, and board members
