eCommerce Foundation team is looking for a solution focused, organized, self-starter to join our Human Resources team as a Principal HR Business Partner to support clients in the eCommerce Services (eCS) organization. eCS manages several aspects of the customer life cycle, starting from account creation and sign in, to placing items in the shopping cart, proceeding through checkout, order processing, managing order history and post-fulfillment actions such as refunds.

In this position, you will partner with Leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth and foster people effectiveness for their respective groups. The Principal, HRBP must be able to work independently, establish and execute long and short-term people strategies while taking a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels.
