We are looking for a Principal – Ecology & Marine professional to support our growing renewables pipeline across Aotearoa. This role is open to any of our offices and focuses on developing and coaching ecologists, building client relationships, and leading large-scale ecology opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and leading offers of service for large ecology opportunities, focusing on terrestrial and freshwater ecology.
• Developing, facilitating and enhancing effective relationships with our clients and internal SLR team members.
• Delivering clear and precise, high‑quality reports.
• Undertaking fieldwork activities and resourcing the right teams on projects.
• Working within multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects across a range of sectors.
