Responsibilities
- Lead and support enterprise Jira / Jira Service Management (JSM) implementations and enhancements.
- Configure and optimize workflows, SLAs, automation rules, permission schemes, and service projects within Jira / JSM.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Jira-based solutions.
- Drive stakeholder discussions, solution workshops, requirement gathering, and implementation activities.
- Support ITSM processes including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Asset Management practices.
