The Institute of Leadership and Organisation Development (ILOD) is CSC's centre of excellence for leadership and organisational development, and the Sectoral Lead for Organisation Development (OD) job family in the Public Service. The Future Leaders (FL) team within ILOD comprises personnel selection specialists who work with partners across the Service to help build high‑quality Public Service leadership pipelines.
