The Education Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end training and capability-building services for the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system. The role ensures that users, payroll teams, HR stakeholders, and technical support teams are effectively trained to maximize system adoption, operational efficiency, and compliance.Key Responsibilities1.
