Position Summary

Principal Communications Advisor responsible for leading the integrated engagement and communication approach for Immigration New Zealand’s Our Future Services transformation programme.

About the Role

This role goes beyond delivering communications. The advisor will design, implement and continuously improve engagement and communication strategies that enable understanding, participation and adoption across the programme. They will work closely with programme leadership to identify key moments, align engagement across initiatives and connect with people and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the engagement and communication approach for the Our Future Services transformation programme.
• Take a systems view of stakeholders, channels and touchpoints to enable effective engagement.
• Design and deliver high quality written and digital content, using communication to support behaviour change.
