A leading consultancy is seeking a Principal EIA Planner to join its expanding Environmental and Planning team.

This role involves managing multidisciplinary projects, coordinating Environmental Impact Assessments, and providing strategic planning advice across a range of sectors and geographies.

Your new role

In this role you will need to:

Lead and manage environmental planning projects with varying sensitivities

Coordinate EIA delivery in line with UK legislation and policy

Prepare and review EIA documentation from screening to Environmental Oue Reports (EORs)

Monitor regulatory changes and ensurepliance

Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and planning authorities

Drive team performance and improve delivery standards

Support business development and cross-sell services

Mentor junior staff and provide line management where applicable
