The Crown Response Office (CRO), established in September 2024, coordinates and leads the Crown's response to the Abuse in Care Royal Commission of Inquiry. Sitting within Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission, the Office plays a strategic and coordinating role to ensure the Crown is joined up, focused on the right priorities, and delivering on its commitments to survivors.
We currently have a fixed term or secondment opportunity for a Principal Advisor to join the Redress Programme. The appointment period is expected to be for 10-months. Reporting to the Manager Redress Programme, this role plays a critical leadership and analytical role, leading complex cross agency work and developing high quality advice, tools, and frameworks that support delivery of the Crown's redress system.
