Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and teaching of lessons.
  • Manage classroom dynamics and oversee students to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
  • Supervise and observe students’ behaviour in the classroom.
  • Developing and adapting individualized teaching methods that are suitable for each of their special needs students.
  • Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.) according to the school's latest protocol.
  • Fulfill administrative responsibilities (Report writing, attendance record, test marking, etc.)
  • Support and guide classroom assistant mentor when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings.
  • Attending parent-teacher meetings.
  • Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending professional trainings conducted by the school.
