Pink Tile Education are working in partnership with a specialist primary SEND school in the Worthing area, who are seeking a caring, patient, and resilient Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long‑term basis, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role.
This is a highly supportive and nurturing school environment, catering for children with a wide range of complex SEND needs. Pupils may present with autism, communication difficulties, physical disabilities, sensory needs, and profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD). Many pupils are non‑verbal and use alternative communication methods including Makaton, symbols, and visual aids to support interaction and learning.
