Senior Primary Care Physician

The Senior Primary Care Physician serves as a health-care professional who is capable of handling a variety of health-related problems. This full-time position will be based at our CenterWell Montclaire office and you will report to the Associate Medical Director.

In this role, you will:

• Focus on senior outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
• Keep a medical history and medical records.
• Refer the patient to specialists as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of technical experience
• Licensure requirements of the state of North Carolina
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
• Prefer Internal Medicine specialty
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine...
