**Description**

The External Services Technician reports directly to the O&M (Operations & Maintenance) External Maintenance Supervisor. Responsible for daily activities including pressure washing and various refresh activities.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Operates pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces such as driveways, buildings, sidewalks, decks, vehicles, and machinery.
+ Pre-treats and rinses surfaces with appropriate cleaning solutions.
+ Inspects and prepares work areas to ensure safety and protection of surrounding property.
+ Maintains and performs basic repairs on pressure washing equipment and tools.
