Title: Prep Cook Report To: Executive Chef
As a Prep Cook, you are responsible for preparing ingredients and assisting the kitchen team to ensure efficient food service operations. This role focuses on food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, portioning ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to: - Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to restaurant and hotel guests.
