Job Summary
This position will have 8-hour shifts varying within the window of 6 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. This is a creative chef opportunity including a wide range of scratch-cooking and regional recipes.
This cook is responsible for both cold and hot production for daily lunch service. Scratch-cooking, recipe adherence, and time management are all necessary skills. Moderate comfort level with plant-based meals and global recipes preferred.
