The Practice Manager is responsible for the supervision of the Lake Charles/Westlake SouthStar clinics, and coordination of day-to-day clinic operations; monitors the activities of all direct patient care office operations components to ensure clinical objectives are met. The Practice Manager provides expertise and leads by example to ensure all patients receive high quality, safe and efficient care at clinic(s), depending on site complexity. Coordinates with clinic and department heads to ensure optimal operational processes and adherence to organization policies and procedures.
