            Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Practice Manager, Clinic Manager, or Healthcare Operations Manager in Dubai/UAE 
Strong understanding of dental clinic operations, patient journey, scheduling, insurance processes, and revenue management 
Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams, including Front Desk, Treatment Coordinators, Nurses, and Doctors 
Experience in driving revenue growth, patient acquisition, treatment plan conversion, and operational KPIs 
Strong knowledge of DHA regulations, healthcare compliance, and clinic policies 
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills 
Ability to analyze reports, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve clinic performance 
Experience handling patient complaints and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction 
Proficient in clinic management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
