The opportunity We are seeking an experienced Instructor to join Stepful and support our Board of Nursing–approved Practical Nursing program. In this role, you will guide and supervise students during in‐person clinical rotations while also partnering closely with program leadership to support student success and day‐to‐day program operations. You will also teach across our skills labs and virtual didactic modules. This opportunity is ideal for a Registered Nurse with prior nursing education experience who enjoys mentoring students in hands‐on learning environments and wants to play an active role in helping shape and grow a Practical Nursing program. Clinical instruction takes place onsite at our partner healthcare facility in the Toledo/Maumee, Ohio area on Fridays from 6am–6pm, with scheduling aligned to program rotations.
