Summary This position is located in the Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (RRTP) located at the VA Southern Oregon Healthcare System, White City VA Medical Center, White City OR. Responsibilities The full performance level of this vacancy is GS-6. The actual grade at which an applicant may be selected for this vacancy is in the range of 3 to 6. Duties of this position include but are not limited to the following: Provides ongoing, continuous practical nursing care to RRTP Veterans with a range of mental health and substance use disorders and co-morbid medical conditions, using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to support individualized treatment and rehabilitation goals.
