**Job Title: Powder Coating Technician**

**Responsibilities**

+ Clean, sandblast, and prepare parts for coating to ensure proper surface condition and adhesion.
+ Measure and mask parts accurately for paint and powder coating preparation according to specifications and drawings.
+ Apply powder coating and wet paint using spray guns, HVLP spray systems, and automated equipment while following all process parameters and quality standards.
+ Set up, operate, and maintain spray booths, paint booths, curing ovens, and related coating equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
+ Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish during application and make necessary adjustments to achieve required results.
+ Inspect finished surfaces for uniformity, adhesion, coverage, color accuracy, and defects such as runs, sags, or contamination.
+ Perform touch-ups and rework on coated parts when necessary to meet quality requirements.
