**Job Description**
**_Roles & Responsibilities:_**
The Ethylin Wang Jabs and Meng Wu labs at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai are looking for a Postdoctoral Fellow(s) for several ongoing projects to investigate biologic regulators, pathways and networks involved in embryogenesis. Applicants should have wet laboratory experience in molecular, cell and/or animal model systems to study normal and abnormal craniofacial, limb, and/or neural tube development. These projects involve a broad array of well-established techniques such as mouse genetics, CRISPR gene editing, culturing and differentiation of iPSCs and organoids, microdissection of tissues, RNA-seq, and single-cell sequencing technologies, and/or other specialized approaches to study gene regulation at the cellular and tissue level.
