This project aims to investigate the genomic, molecular, and epigenetic mechanisms driving the progression of pulmonary fibrosis and lung diseases. Using integrative transcriptomic, epigenomic, proteomic, and bioinformatic analyses, the goal is to identify key signaling pathways and potential therapeutic targets.
The laboratory is embedded within an interdisciplinary research environment and is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for molecular and cellular biology, chromatin biology, and drug and gene therapy development.
