Postdoctoral Associate will be working in an experimental lab, performing data collection, analysis, and modeling of behavioral and electrophysiological data.

+ The position is funded by an ongoing NIH grant and focuses on elucidating the mechanisms of spatial navigation using multi-area recordings in monkeys in the context of VR tasks. as well as a freely moving arena.

+ A significant component of the work focuses on training animals and collecting both behavioral and neural data using an array of tools with a focus on telemetry and wireless recording.

+ The work will also include developing new statistical data analysis tools for behavioral and neural data.

+ More broadly, the postdoc will be part of a large and intellectually vibrant community of researchers from the Center for Neuroscience at NYU.
