We are looking for a hands-on Post Trade Operations Specialist responsible for executing and monitoring crypto and fiat settlements, running daily reconciliations, and resolving exceptions.
This role is part of a global team providing 24/7 coverage, and we are specifically looking for candidates who are able to work US shift hours.
What You'll Be Doing:
Capture and validate trade details, ensuring accuracy across the full trade lifecycle.
Perform initial checks, trade confirmations, and maintain accurate book management.
Maintain the crypto wallet address inventory and tagging governance (team/entity) with daily exception checks
Reconcile daily positions, cash, and PnL, investigating and resolving breaks with internal teams and counterparties.
Manage settlements in both crypto and fiat, coordinating fund movements with custodians and exchanges.
Track and reconcile balances across custodians, exchanges, bank accounts, DeFi venues, and internal ledgers.
