Loan Maintenance & Lender Relations: Work in partnership with the CSM to co‑ordinate with lenders to follow up on outstanding post‑settlement requirements, ensuring all loan facilities are functioning as intended.
Proactive Annual Reviews: Work in partnership with the CSMs to conduct comprehensive annual reviews for existing clients to assess their current financial position and ensure their loan structure still meets their long‑term goals.
Maturity Management (FR & IO): Monitor Fixed Rate (FR) Expiries to prevent clients from cliff‑falling onto expensive revert rates. Manage Interest Only (IO) Expiries, coordinating with clients to transition to Principal & Interest or negotiate extensions where appropriate.
