Primary Position Objective:

The Post Closing Supervisor is responsible for the leadership, oversight, and daily management of post-closing and trailing document operations. This position directs staff responsible for reviewing mortgage loan documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with client, investor, agency, and regulatory requirements. The Supervisor ensures timely resolution of document deficiencies, maintains service level commitments, supports client relationships, and promotes operational excellence through quality control, staff development, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
