Responsibilities:

Review signed closing package for missing signatures, dates, and initials

Confirm note, mortgage/deed of trust, and riders are correct

Verify final figures match approved terms

Ensure compliance documents are included

Review physical (paper) and online documents

Update empower system with new documents/information

Track trailing documents such as title policy, recorded mortgage, insurance, and payoffs

Requirements:
