A leading Short?Term Insurance provider, headquartered in Johannesburg and now expanding into Pretoria, is looking for a dynamic Portfolio Manager to grow and manage broker relationships in the region.

You’ll work with an existing panel of ±100 brokers, drive new business, onboard new brokers, and support portfolio growth while acting as the key link between brokers and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Grow commercial premium income and hit monthly/annual targets
• Maintain a 25% new?business closing rate
• Keep new business loss ratios below 60%
• Sign at least 5 new select brokers
• Identify new opportunities within the existing panel
• Support brokers with training, product knowledge, and portfolio insights
