About the Role

The Portfolio Head – Credit Cards is a key leadership opportunity to shape the future of Westpac’s Credit Cards portfolio across both Consumer Banking & Wealth (CBW) and Institutional & Business Banking (IBB). In this role, you’ll set the strategic direction, lead the delivery of a forward‑looking roadmap, drive measurable commercial outcomes, and maintain a strong focus on risk management and performance. You’ll lead key initiatives, build relationships with industry partners, and strengthen Westpac’s market position, including managing the Mastercard relationship. With a sharp focus on customer experience, you’ll unlock new avenues for growth and differentiation. As a senior leader, you’ll inspire and develop a high‑performing team of product professionals and contribute to strategic decision‑making within the Everyday Banking Leadership Team.
