We are looking for a **Portfolio Analyst (Commercial Lending)** to join Amegy’s Commercial Lending team in Houston, TX.

**Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:**

+ Utilize a compliance monitoring database to ensure timely receipt of customer's financial reporting requirements.
+ Complete accurate and consistent covenant testing in accordance with corporate credit policies and loan agreements, as applicable.
+ (May) Request information from customers.
+ Make recommendations and identify red-flag concerns to the Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers through written documentation and other forms of communication.
